Identity

Who are you? Who am I? Who are we? – many people dont know who they are.
When we dont, we get lonely or feel emptiness, lack of something seemingly unknown (unconscious).

If we identify ourselves by something outer:
– our name (that someone else gave to us), our job, our surroundings (city, society, culture, country), by what we do (behave, say, write, create, build), by other people (that we compare ourselves to, believe who they say we are, mirror ourselves into) and identify ourselves with things (material things, ideas, clothe, outfit) – then we dont know, who we are.

The feeling of existing comes from within: – by a constant physical sense and awareness of our body, senses, heartbeat, breathing, feelings, thoughts in every single minute.

As a witness to our selves having attention of “I breathe, I think, I feel, I hear, I smell, I taste, I see”, we come to realize that we are not our thoughts or anything outer – but the one watching all of it: – a consciousness present in life this exact moment by moment.
This awareness and discovering of a deeper “I am – I exist” leads to deep peace at heart.

This is experiencing to be “a being (present)” in correlation with everything that exists: stars, sun, Earth, Universe, other humans, nature, the elements, animals, any energy – in a Oneness.

Then we get embodied with our own self and with the world.
Then lonelyness dissappears and we feel never empty.
We know deeply our essence of being – who we are…..
