Distinguish between need and want. Between sense and think. Between dream and wish. Between Ego and soul. Between be and do.
Ego is greedy. Ego has desires for more than it needs, more than others to feel great. Ego wants to possess, own, conqueror, manipulate and exploit for its own benefit.
It is never enough. More sex, more cars, bigger houses, more land, more income, more clothe, more fancy clothe, more wide screens, more mobiles, more affairs, more experiences, more of everything that seems to not to be of lasting satisfaction.

This greediness seems like eating candy, it is sweet at the moment, but it does not make us feel (full)filled or nauseous except only for at short while. Then we hunger again – meaning all of us.

Ego regards other humans as commodities, objects, things that are here for Ego to consume and throw away, when it pleases the Ego. I want, I want, I want, I want, Ego say. Desire is to want more and much to it self – in fear that there might not be enough for all of us. In the end Ego is afraid that there is lack of life, lack of time, the largest fear for Ego is death.

Ego regards world as a place from where he can take, what he wants, even by cheating, lying and stealing. When Ego comes to possess a lot, it fears to loose. Because of it´s own greediness it expects everybody else wanting to steal and take away his possessions.

Ego wants and desire power and control often with only little care for others. Ego only gives, when he can see how this act will pay back much more to him self.

Humans have needs. At the physical level a warm, dry place to sleep, water to drink, healthy food, work giving money to buy the food, necessary clothe to not get too cold or too warm.
Also we need love. We need to belong to somebody, need to exchange feelings and thoughts, develop ideas and realise them together for the best of all of us.

We need to share stories, share meals and drinks in a pleasant loving atmosphere, share experiences of beauty, for instance watch an amazing sunset together, we need to feel emotional close, be intimate and part of bonds.
We need physical touch and to sleep close to another body, feel part of a trial. We need to trust and care for others and to give it. We need to love and be loved unconditionally.

We need to feel unity, to create greatness together and we need important causes that we passionate can work hard for to realize.
We need common spirit, dreams and beliefs. We need amusement, where the joy and laughter comes deep down from stomach – a warm feeling of sharing what is delightful and funny, feeling as one inside melting together into happy moments.

We need to feel safe about Earth being a good place to live, that we can trust in others and it is secure to just be who we are.

We need to create and build, set our marks while we are here, – make life have a meaning maybe even a higher one. So we need goals. We need dreams to follow, believe in and manifest. We need to fight for the good; we need to feel that it all matters for something of value, something greater than us. We need to feel amazed and to wonder.

We need wishes and to play with each other, happiness is important, the thrill arising from a Ping-Pong-exchange with others – 5 new cars are not important at all in the end.

We need to not feel bored, depressed or empty. So often we might wish that we could kill that damned Ego that seems to make a muddy confusion, separation and deficiency inside us.

Some of the original native Indians lived in a bond with nature. Seeming a balance depending on weather, the seasons, the amount of animals to hunt and the character of soil to grow vegetables. In each trial everyone was important to help every individual to survive and live as good as possible – always most important for survival and benefit for the whole trial.

There seemed to be a balance between taking and giving to Earth and Life: a harmony in hard, but meaningful lives for body, mind and soul. Part of these Indian cultures was valuing cooperation and a trustful interconnection highly.

Ego has increasingly through many years unfolded its power with greediness and exaggeration in business, systems and lives with the result that we are destroying not only the planet, but also universal basic human needs seem to have been forgotten. Many humans suffer emotionally and mentally, get psychically sick and feel lonely.

Humans need serenity, beauty and peace at hearts, care and comfort, to live in truth, trust and authentic unfold the best of them selves interconnected with others for a higher meaning.

We need our Ego´s to help with this – the Ego´s living inside all of us. Ego is skilled in acting and making things be real – also when it is for the benefit of everybody else and for the whole, not only him self.

Can we use the power of Ego to create from loving life and Earth, from loving humanity and loving humans: will, determination, perseverance and care?
Can we create new sustainable lives and cultures based on what the hearts and souls need? Based on love, generosity and consideration?
I don´t have the answer – I am asking you?
